2 - stage waterproofing process: Sealing of concrete, waterproofing liner and insulation.

Includes: All travel, lodging, per-diem and all waterproofing materials.

We do not do any excavation.

All excavation - Site is prepped to grade before EST's arrival.

We do not do any HVAC, Plumbing, Or Electrical work.

Engineered stamp-  We can get your stamp for you and bill you accordingly. Stamps can range from $1,000 - $2,500.

Poured concrete floors-  Your trades man will do this after EST is finished with the basic structure. 

Any interior or exterior finishing -

Building permits -  Homeowners responsibility.

PVC piping and Chimneys- We will install but not supply.
